The story of RAHEcraft
RAHEcraft was born in 2023, inspired by a rekindled passion for knitting and a desire to create handmade autumn–winter knitwear for my two young sons. I envisioned wool hats that were not only playful and perfectly fitted for active children but also warm, cozy, and safe during Estonia’s long autumn and winter twilight.

The idea to knit for other children came from my younger son’s enthusiasm. After trying on his new handmade wool hat and gently shaking the reflective tassels, he joyfully exclaimed: “I think other kids would love a hat like this too!” His words sparked the beginning of RAHEcraft.

The name RAHE combines the initials of my sons, reflecting a deep connection to the cool, beautiful, and ever-changing Estonian climate. Today, RAHEcraft creates hand-knitted scarves, leg warmers, beanies, reflective pompom hats, and other cozy wool accessories. My hope is that RAHEcraft knitwear brings warmth, safety, and joy to many children and families, helping them feel unique, special, and cherished – just like my two little adventurers.
