1. General Information

The online store www.rahecraft.com (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is operated by RAHEcraft OÜ (registry code 17260685), located at Kreutzwaldi 59c-40, Võru, Estonia.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made from the Online Store.

2. Product and Price Information

All product prices are displayed next to the products in the Online Store.
Delivery is free of charge, and no additional shipping fees apply to the total order amount.

Information about each product is provided directly next to the item in the Online Store.

3. Placing an Order

To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart.
To complete the order, fill in the required fields and select the preferred delivery method.

The total order amount will be displayed on the screen and can be paid using the available payment methods.

The sales agreement enters into force once the payment has been successfully received by the Online Store.

If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed at the earliest opportunity and the paid amount will be refunded without delay, but no later than within 14 days of the notification.


4. Delivery

Products are shipped worldwide, excluding Russia and Belarus.
Shipping is free of charge.

Within Estonia, products are typically delivered within 1–3 business days from the date the sales agreement enters into force.

International deliveries usually take 5–19 business days.
In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 20–25 calendar days.


5. Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the item must not be used in any way other than necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functionality, as would be permitted in a physical store.

If the product has been used beyond this purpose or shows signs of wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refunded amount proportionally to the decrease in value.

To return a product, a withdrawal notice must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.

The buyer must return the item within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice or provide proof that the item has been handed over to the carrier within that period.

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the reason for the return is that the product does not correspond to the order (e.g. incorrect or defective item).

Upon receiving the returned product, the Online Store will refund all payments received under the contract without delay, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.

The Online Store may withhold the refund until the item has been returned or proof of return has been provided.


6. Right to Submit a Claim

The Online Store is responsible for any lack of conformity or defects in the goods that existed at the time of delivery and become apparent within two years from the delivery date.

Within the first six months, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise.

The buyer must notify the Online Store of a defect within two months of discovering it by sending an email to rahecraft@gmail.com. The Online Store is not responsible for defects that occur after the product has been delivered to the buyer.

If a product has defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the product will be repaired or replaced.
If repair or replacement is not possible, the Online Store will refund all payments received under the sales agreement.

The Online Store will respond to consumer complaints in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.


7. Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data

The Online Store uses the personal data provided by the buyer (name, phone number, address, email address, and payment details) solely for order processing and delivery.

Personal data is transferred to delivery service providers only to the extent necessary for fulfilling the delivery.

The Online Store sends newsletters and promotional messages only if the buyer has explicitly given consent.

The buyer may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by following the instructions provided in the emails or by contacting rahecraft@gmail.com

8. Dispute Resolution

If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they should be submitted to rahecraft@gmail.com
If the dispute cannot be resolved by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee.
