The online store www.rahecraft.com (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is operated by RAHEcraft OÜ (registry code 17260685), located at Kreutzwaldi 59c-40, Võru, Estonia.

Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information

These sales terms apply to purchases made from the Online Store.
Prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. Shipping costs are added to the price.
The shipping cost depends on the buyer's location and the chosen delivery method.
The shipping fee is displayed to the buyer during checkout.
Information about the goods is provided directly next to the item in the Online Store.

Placing an Order

To order, add the desired products to the shopping cart.
To complete the order, fill in the required fields and choose the appropriate delivery method.
The total cost will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid via bank link or other payment options.
The agreement enters into force when the payment is received into the Online Store’s bank account.

If the ordered item cannot be delivered due to being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified at the earliest opportunity and the paid amount (including shipping costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than within 14 days from the notification.

Delivery

Products are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Spain, Netherlands, Croatia, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Norway, Poland, Portugal, France, Sweden, Romania, Germany, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Åland Islands (Finland), United Kingdom, Switzerland, Denmark, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Hungary, and all other countries except Russia and Belarus.

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are shown next to the delivery option.
Within Estonia, products are typically delivered to the destination specified by the buyer within 3–7 working days from the date the sales agreement enters into force.
Deliveries outside Estonia usually take place within a calendar day.
In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.

Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To use the 14-day right of return, the ordered item must not be used in any other way than necessary to determine its nature, properties, and functionality, as would be allowed in a physical store.

If the item has been used for purposes other than necessary for verifying its condition, or shows signs of wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refunded amount in accordance with the item’s decreased value.

To return a product, a withdrawal form must be submitted (form available here: [Withdrawal Form]) and sent within 14 days of receiving the item.

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the reason for return is that the item does not match the order (e.g., wrong or defective product).

The buyer must return the item within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice or provide proof that the item has been handed over to the courier within that period.

Upon receiving the returned product, the Online Store will refund the buyer without delay, but no later than within 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice, all payments received under the contract.

The Online Store may withhold the refund until the item is returned or proof of return is provided—whichever comes first.

If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method more expensive than the standard option offered by the Online Store, the store is not required to refund the excess cost.

The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the transaction and reclaim the item if the product was mistakenly listed at a significantly lower price than the market value.

Right to Submit a Claim

The Online Store is responsible for any non-compliance or defects in the goods that existed at the time of delivery and become apparent within two years from delivery.
Within the first six months, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. The burden of proof otherwise lies with the Online Store.

The buyer must contact the Online Store within two months of discovering the defect by sending an email to rahecraft@gmail.com.

The Online Store is not liable for defects caused after the item was delivered to the buyer.

If a purchased item from the Online Store has defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the defective product will be repaired or replaced.
If repair or replacement is not possible, the Online Store will refund the buyer for all fees under the sales agreement.

The Online Store will respond to consumer complaints in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data

The Online Store only uses the personal data entered by the buyer (name, phone number, address, email, bank details) to process the order and deliver the item.

The Online Store transfers personal data to shipping service providers only to the extent necessary for delivery.

The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's email address only if the buyer has explicitly requested this by entering their email address on the website and expressing consent to receive direct marketing messages.

The buyer can opt out of receiving marketing emails at any time by notifying us via email or by following the instructions included in the marketing emails.

Dispute Resolution

If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be submitted to rahecraft@gmail.com.

If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. More information and the application form are available [here]. The committee is authorized to resolve disputes arising from contracts between the buyer and the Online Store.
There is no fee for the buyer to submit a complaint to the committee.

The buyer may also turn to the EU online dispute resolution platform.
