Here you’ll find all the details about RAHEcraft shipping options, delivery times, and payment methods, both within Estonia and internationally. This page provides a clear overview of delivery services and secure payment options, so you’ll know how your handmade order is processed and when it is expected to arrive.

All RAHEcraft orders include free shipping. There are no additional delivery charges, both within Estonia and internationally.

Shipping within Estonia

You can choose from the following delivery options:

To post office:  (delivery in 3 business days)

To parcel locker:

     1.  Omniva – delivery within 3 business days

     2. SmartPosti – delivery within 1–2 business days

     3. DPD  –  delivery within 1–3 business days

Shipping outside Estonia

International shipping is handled via Omniva's international postal service. Estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days within the European Union and 8–19 business days outside the EU, including the USA.

Payment methods

In the RAHEcraft online store, payments are processed securely using the following methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)

  • Secure card payments via Stripe

All prices are shown in euros (EUR).

Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully completed.
If a payment is declined or not completed, the order will not be processed.

Order processing & dispatch

RAHEcraft orders are carefully packed and shipped from Estonia.
Orders are processed within 1 business day and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery times may vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination.
